    芝华士兑绿茶,看中国人的自卑

        昨天喝红酒想兑软饮被人阻止。
        今天又看见贴子写,苏格兰人从来不知道威士忌可以兑绿茶喝。
        当年有人开头先说过,红酒不能兑雪碧,很没品,人家好不容易才把糖给提炼出去。
        现在,这种“规矩”在国内渐渐成为常识,不遵守者,没品。
        恶心的是,站在“规矩”高地的遵守者嘴边那自信的微笑。
      
        其实,大可不必如此诚惶诚恐。生怕拿错了刀叉就成了乡巴佬。
        有些事纯属西方人带着优越感没事找事,被模仿者就是这么自大地喜欢嘲笑模仿者。还好咱不这样,俄罗斯人吃饺子还沾沙拉酱,我都很宽容地接受了,并且偶尔入乡随俗一下。
        红酒对雪碧,伏特加对橙汁,芝华士对绿茶....so what?
        我们可否先对得起自己的舌头,再考虑别人的眼光。
        我们消费,我们享受,我们是这些东西的主人,不是它的使用规则的奴隶。享受不了又能如何,不必为了别人的规矩为难自己。
        再说每个人对酒精的承受能力不一样,每个人舌头的味蕾神经不一样,本来同样的东西感受到的味道就不一样,人舌头上的味蕾神经少到500多个,多到上万,同样的食物有人吃没味道,有人吃是苦的,以谁为准则判断最高品位?同一个东西的味道,我们无法共享,如何评价?
        谈品味,谈规矩,实在没什么意思。
        为了他们“高贵”的品味和“不可侵犯”的规矩,来让自己的舌头遭罪,这已经不是崇洋媚外,这是骨子里的自卑。
